Neji the Cat needs a home

Neji is a 5.6-year old neutered male that has been looking for his forever home for 5 months now. He cruises around inside & out. Enjoys flirting and playing when the mood suits and you ask permission. He cuddles up at night time for warmth and a love pets. Neji has done okay with other cats as long as they do not want in his bubble, but he not been with dogs to our knowledge so we are unsure of how he would do around them. Given Neji is pretty particular about being asked for permission to pet a home with children would be best for him, or at least children that understand he does not being overly handled or carried around.Do you have the Heart and Home for this lad?
